Thank you for your honesty and the compliment. I'm also just an average player, and I'm more of an administrator. But in this clan, I believe the main focus should be on the personal relationships between members, not just on the game itself (although that's important too, of course). If there are good, productive, and friendly relationships, then strong players can help weaker players improve. And organizing and running intra-clan and inter-clan tournaments – we can definitely do that!
