All your arguments are based on the deification of computer hardware.
I highly doubt the fundamental possibility of "transferring" a personality to an electronic medium. Moreover, it's unclear what capacity this microchip should have (a hundred or so terabytes clearly won't be enough). And that's just memory. What about the other 99% of the brain? And that's even considering that the purpose of 90% of it is unclear... How do you record a person's character? All sorts of conditional and unconditional reflexes... There are many questions that can be asked here.
