1st annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

I need to know now specifically from someone, whether or not to count the rating for normal. And if we are counting it, should those coefficients be used or not? Let's assume this question is addressed to VDV.

1. We will not count Normal in the future. It's simply not serious. The coefficients were pulled out of thin air. What was the point of fighting over the calculation details and tying them to reality if we just insert some unknown thing from an unknown source ourselves.
2. If VDV agrees to include the three current "normal" players in the General standings (without compromising the interests of "Impossible" players), then so be it. If they don't agree, then forget about it.

But I already sent VDV a calculation based on my system and with coefficients.

Has some kind of system already been adopted? I haven't seen any announcements regarding this.
