I don't understand what you mean by "decreasing"?

It reflects the results in decreasing order... The most significant result is from the last tournament - 1.0. The result from the second-to-last tournament is less significant because only 0.9 remains, the third-to-last tournament is even less significant (0.81), then - 0.729; 0.6561... and so on, in decreasing order.

It's interesting who should be explaining this to whom...?
