I caught him in a match, told SAGA, he banned him, then unbanned him again... and now he's not in the LM ranking anymore.
By the way, I caught a guy taking mandatory rests - I advise everyone to save replays with rests - and see why the opponent is taking a rest... you might not be able to prove anything, but there will be suspicions ;)
