Why invite players from the portal to participate in the thread http://heroesportal.net/tavern/?id=338472 and then not allow them to play in the tournament?! Where in the tournament thread does it say that newly registered players must contact the organizers? I submitted an application as required by the regulations.

If you are complete beginners in Heroes, you need to play at least a few games in the seasonal league and write a detailed report. During the draw, we will seed based on tiers; we need to have an idea of the level of play.
Unfortunately, a situation similar to Nestor86 repeats itself time after time. A Новичок plays against a good player, and he loses interest in continuing to play. We don't need dropouts or technical issues in the tournament.
Also, not all players will be happy if they have to spend 5 hours teaching their opponent how to install Hamachi and where to click to start the game. For this purpose, we will hold a Novichok-Winter tournament in a couple of months.
