Favorites in battle! - 5 The Battle of Favorites! - 5

I participated in the seasonal tournament on Heroesportal and am playing in the second qualifying league in a row. Why, in the thread http://heroesportal.net/tavern/?id=338472, invite players from the portal, only to then prevent them from participating in the tournament?! Where in the tournament thread does it say that newly registered players must обязательно contact the organizers? I submitted my application as required by the regulations.
