What were your expectations for Heroes 4?

As far as I remember, we Russians don't learn from the mistakes of others, but there's always a chance that we'll get on the right path. I hope Nival hasn't given up, and so far, judging by the screenshots and betas, everything looks good:D

Exactly, and Nival is proof of that, but there are many new features, for example, the monsters look like real monsters (they are just too scary because of their appearance). The elementals are a nightmare. They would have been better if they were made the same way as the atronachs in TES III Morrowind.
