NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Has Frida also gone mad, like the False Isabel once did? I think it would be better to attribute the atrocities to the renegade government.

This isn't about the campaign being developed.
The Duchy served as the name for the new Empire, which already exists in Heroes 5. There is also "Dark Messiah," which is taking shape after several decades of the Empire's existence.
There are many heroes whose events took place long before the War of the Sixth Eclipse, so why not have heroes in the time period after it? No one knows what happened before "Dark Messiah."
Using new heroes and inserting them into the developers' story is quite problematic because it destroys the world that was shown.

P.S. I once wanted to create a campaign about the events after Heroes 5. I posted it somewhere on its forum, or I gave my ideas and an entire plot to Gray (who made Islands of Mystery), but it somehow faded away. It's quite tedious to develop a long, linear story without interest. I wanted to reveal the Free Cities of the East, the people who still worship Silat, the fall of the Empire... :(
