Orcs are already overpowered; they don't need extra protection against berserk or mind control... If you let the enemy develop to the point where they have, as they say, "an overwhelming advantage," then, well, you developed your orc too slowly... although, of course, there are exceptions, but in most cases, it's unforgivable)).
