We took our time, and the distribution was based on luck... it worked out great. I placed Elves in the capital and a second-tier unit in the fortress, plus they have a hidden unit... at the beginning of the second round, I had 3 units (1+2+3) stationed with Ivor at the Gate of the Month... but the opponent surrendered at their Gate of the Month...
