CIS-13 in Minsk – it’s winter!!!

I have never participated in any Tournaments, but based on the description provided in the post that BESHA linked to in his first message, I have my doubts: frankly, it might be just as “heroic” a Tournament as the “fishing trip” in Moscow that MerlinTheMagician recently told us about:

the fishing took place without fishing rods and without fish (since there was somehow no fish in the pool of the sauna in the city of Korolev).

Because if there will be

sports complex, football, sauna, swimming pool, table tennis, some kind of Minsk dance, a concert with barbecue and porridge

, then they simply may not get around to Heroes at all. Although, if someone really wants to, maybe they will, but how “well-read” everyone will be at that time…;
