Mafia 54. This is where caravans are robbed!

Zubr, I think, was probably a caravan carrying weapons. It's unlikely that the Mafia wouldn't have written a note from the caravan, and there was only one. Although, a real caravan could have missed it, and then Zubr was most likely the fourth (and the note about wine is also a fake).
