In principle, the setup was decent (griffon and archer dwellings), but the heroes that appeared weren't ideal, like Shakti. I had to take Ufretin.
The final battle showed that the opponent had a better grasp of the situation and chose the right strategy. Also, Shakti was twice the level of Ufretin and had several artifacts that boosted his defense. And there's no need to talk about the army – 26 Wyverns, and just as many Manticores.
