Technical issues with Heroes III.

1) Where is the save file? I don't see it... Please, attach it (you can attach it to the previous message)!
2) What do you mean by "extremely slow in development"? Please, be more specific: does the game freeze when switching turns? Does the ally not want to fight / buy troops / build buildings / ... ?

1) Sorry, something didn't attach. Here it is now.
2) He is very slow. I started on impossible difficulty (200%) and only gave myself a bonus of a prison with my favorite hero, specializing in ranged attacks, on my territory.
He has already reached titans, and the computer hasn't even built a capital city yet! And he sat for a long time, not moving, with an income of 500 gold per city. And he still sits in the castle, not conquering anything. Now, he has built municipalities, but he is still slow in the castles.
