It's been the first time since Thursday that I've had access to the internet; my router broke down. Apparently, it's my fault. I need to manage to complete the current round now.

No matter how absurd this whole situation with the technical issues seems, you don't need to worry because, this time, the technical issues are on my side. I'm in a dorm with a phone internet connection that drops every 5 minutes, and the speed is 64 kb/s. It's highly unlikely that I'll have a normal connection by the end of the round. They promise it will be fixed by October.

At the request of both players, both receive technical losses. Player fil0sof needs to decide on the factions for rounds 4 and 5 and consider (without offense) whether to participate in future tournaments with such "activity."
