Find a chief coordinator, or will you be one? The trackers for each version of Heroes will send you rating tables for each of their versions. You will combine them into a single statistical table and award Grail points. Start doing this, for example, with the Kanighem tournament. Let VDV award Grail points according to its own system in its tournaments. This will reduce your workload :)
