I don't understand why this system isn't suitable for calculating Grail scores. It takes into account both the number of participants and their results. Plus, fixed thresholds are set.
The General table is simply to avoid having to browse through dozens of links to find your results. After all, it will contain not only the overall ranking, but also the ranking for individual parts, the number of games, the number of prize-winning places, etc. It's just to simplify the search; it doesn't obligate anyone to do anything.

There's no need for a vote here... :) If anyone is against this system, let them say so and explain why. We're all human and can make mistakes. That's why we're going through everything so meticulously...

And no one was talking about Grails. The point was that a ranking – for the purpose of comparing players' strength – shouldn't be compiled into a single table because it doesn't make sense. But for statistical purposes, so that everything is visible to everyone, it should be compiled. Only it should be divided: where is the ranking table (where the ordinal number in the list is important), and where is just game statistics, which is given in alphabetical order by player nickname... That's all.
