111, the AI gave lora, next to the castle an artifact for necro 5% and there is moandor - I decide to go necro. spread out with 5 heroes, captured the refuge - there are lizardmen...
have 25 stacks of harpies, burn red's external dwelling for 5-9 nagas, but nothing to hit them with yet (and I don't want to risk going in with only harpies)
112 8 heroes, took the Imp Statue - gave all troglodytes, got skeleton warriors... found good artifacts: a +6 sword for 50-99 elves and a +4 shield for 20-49 harpies... have mephala, planning to make her my main
113 have 70 skeleton warriors already, dug up a lvl 5 pikemen/griffins from prison, burn another external dragon dwelling, but behind an unclear guard

121 in the refuge - a Conflux (!!!) a small buy-in and the miner runs to capture the beehive and possibly the Griffin Conservatory
122 complex move, captured the beehive, but didn't decide to take the Griffin Conservatory because I'd have to waste the turn with the other heroes, moandor captured the first external dragon dwelling, and the ogres beat her up because she's almost zero, took the pandora's box for 10k experience, took the external dwelling. moandor takes the second well and the Imp Statue = it all cost me at least 5 groups of minotaurs...
123 hit the prison, for the morale medal, there's tarth lvl 10, found another Dragon Utopia, took another external dragon dwelling
124 nothing special, just ran towards the GO (which is still unknown due to the orc block)
125 captured the Naga Armor and the Cape of +2 speed... still didn't make it to the GO))
126 GO - either a horde of nagas off-road or 100 groups of liches +30+ bears... the tempo is lost anyway, I decide to rush the Dragon's Hoard
127 take the third external dragon dwelling

133 busted the Dragon Utopia, but it was something ELSE, I positioned so that 13 red dragons from retaliation roasted 12 ducks, they got dismorale from them in the first round, and the meat just melted... in the second round, the attack stacks started getting negative modifiers... in the end I lost all ducks, an angel, and 3 dragons, and they gave junk: +10 helmet, blue orb, necromancer's cloak, and earth booster... well at least I'll upgrade the dragons...
134 upgraded the dragons, but the chain reached mephala anyway, so she was wasting turns again at the GO... on this day, news of the surrender came...
