7th Interportal Tournament of HMM3-OFF: "Earth Magic"

As far as I know, the "Hammer of the Titans" artifact grants a spellbook to any hero, even if they didn't have one before.

Yeah, that's right. So, in theory, the Stronghold faction could get the "Fly" spell on day 2, but it's not really feasible or worthwhile. There isn't enough mana for flying, and I doubt they'd have enough resources for two dragons and heroes.

The only way to complete the map on day 2 is to go through the lower area where the guardian asks for the "Hammer of the Titans." If you clear the path, a Gremlin can reach the "Earth Magic" spellbook. However, it's also impossible to defeat the Azure Dragon without the "Hammer of the Titans."

Other options (like taking a "Scroll of Water Walking" or "Boots of Levitation") don't work because they don't provide enough movement points, and getting the "Earth Magic" spellbook on day 2 is also not possible.

So, 3 days is the minimum for this map?
