It’s still a bug… level 1 works fine for me… it stops working when it reaches level 2… and then it works normally again at levels 3 and 4… I got used to it and completed it). What a terrible bug! And by the way, it definitely can’t be due to the lack of creatures… according to the description, level 2 can heal both elite and regular units, not just elite ones.
