Water in random map generation.

This has been discussed many times. Sometimes, a zone simply "disappears" or, in other words, fails to generate for some reason. This is possible with any map template, but the fewer zones there are, the lower the chance. It happened to me on a custom map. I'm sure this will never happen on Jebus's maps.
