I skimmed through and reread a couple of pages of the monstrous scandal that erupted in October, resulting in the moderators being demoted and removed from their positions in this section, receiving a reprimand. After doing that, I felt a surge of faith in democracy and civil rights, as silly as it sounds, and I thought that at least somewhere people aren't suffering endlessly from the Putin-esque police state.
