I took one rest, then we started. Roads are fast, level 2 built. On 111, 3 Necro heroes and also Erdamon come immediately, who grabs basic armor at the pillar right away.
First week I collected resources and necromancyed. Erdamon grabbed Air. On 117, I broke through with Vokial to get to the Necro secondary. I built birds at the Citadel, about 150 skeletons, a stable near the secondary.
On 121, I built 2 marketplaces, bought the birds, and things got rolling. On the second week I took my 3 own villages, and here the un-bought tome back home (and I had Haste at home) came back to bite me. None of the 4 villages gave me Haste, so I had to send Erdamon home on 127 (the second moment that bit me — I killed all the neutrals near home, had to run back on foot from the main). Meanwhile, Nimbus, Vokial, and Tant necromancyed the skeletons up to 500. I built a Castle at home, 10k+ to spend, planning to go to the stable on 131 and into the treasure zone on 132 through 50+ Diamonds.
But on 131, Mephala shows up to visit me. I have to spend 5k on new heroes, and bought what I could afford (not much, but at least I have birds). Then I attack.

FB: Erdamon — 9 birds, 500 skeletons, 32 Storm Elementals, 23 Ice Elementals, and 40+1+1 Sprites. I deploy with Tactics.
Mephala — 31 Grand Elves, 11 Dendroids, 40+1 Centaurs, 9 Unicorns, 2 Angels, and 21 Silver Pegasi.
Round 1, I got hit with Oil right away. In response, Haste on the birds and I kill 2 Unicorns + a singleton. Round 2, another Oil, this time I Haste the skeletons and chop down 6 Unicorns. Round 3, Mass Haste from Mephala and a full assault on the skeletons, but only about 100 are taken out, and the Angels die immediately from retaliation. Opponent surrenders, thanks for the game!
