Troglodytes in the fog - Three from the box : WW0-LL0=2-0 | Second round
04.09.12 Kilgor(blue, random, Dungeon, Darkstorn, Shakti/Isra) def Hermit(red, random, Swamp, Bron, Kyrre), Panic, 1-2-5 SoD
111 A miner sits in the tavern, dug up Isra, so of course we play.
112-117 I run along the path, necro, Isra kills everything, the miner runs around the skill huts, took Dwarf Cottage 15, scouted 3 Naga Banks, took the necro village. From there all exits are nasty: Wizards/Eyes/Djinns. The miner just can't get Earth. Cats are stationed in the castle.
121 Skeletons just over a hundred, Troglodytes close to 150. No money.
121-123 Rearranging chains, recovering money and resources. I decide not to rush out of my respawns, but instead take 3 Naga Banks and build dragons with GM 5. Thankfully the miner caught Wisdom.
124 The 3rd Naga Bank falls without issue. I head to the 4th, frantically looking for Bless.
125 Opponent melts somewhere.
Thanks for the game and the time.
And thank you too.
Everything was going better than average. All week I was doubting whether I could get Hydras or not? Towards the end I thought it wouldn't work out, but in the end they did spawn in the fort! Kyrre learned Earth! On the second week I took minimal conservatory, Kyrre quickly leveled Earth Magic to expert and broke the stack of Black Knights and the horde of Hell Hounds. Not enough Lizardmen, only two fort growths, didn't come with heroes at all :( Found an external Gnoll dwelling on my home respawn. Expert Logistics, Archery, Earth Magic and basic Armor. Captured two villages and suddenly saw a Hive on a neighboring respawn behind a stack of Giants. And they were hiding behind a volcano so at first I thought there was no guard at all... I attacked them, and it turned out to be an upgraded stack :( That's what caused the loss. If I had just lost the troops, I would have continued, but in the last round Slow unexpectedly wore off and Kyrre died.
