Wings of the Angel and Boots of Levitation do not add spells to the spellbook; they grant corresponding abilities. Therefore, it's important not to confuse them. In general, there are too few categories for artifact value in the game, as comparing Wings of the Angel to the Dragon Tooth Crown or the Angel Alliance to any of its components is absurd. There should be at least Artifact Tier 5 and Artifact Tier 6. This is just my opinion, of course.
