Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

All formulas will reflect the results, as long as the idea is well-formulated.
Regarding the drop in score – this reflects the oscillator. Everyone played well, and you played well too, but you took last place – so you get a drop. For example: 30 participants. The first one finished in 8 days (100 points), 28 people finished in 9 days (70 points), and the last one finished in 10 days (40 points)...

Here. It's already closer. Let's consider the one who finished in 10 days. They got 40 points, is that good or bad? If the player is new to tournaments and has a low rating, let's say 100, then they will approximately get 100-10+40=130. They still improved. Right?
But if they are a super player and had 900, then 900-90+40=850. Then your points don't matter to them. The decrease is insignificant; they just played casually and only played for one day to get a free win.

And with a reduction of 1/3:
1st case - 2*100/3+40=67+40=107. They still end up in the plus :(
2nd case - 2*900/3+40=600+40=640. Now that's worthy :) They played well for a free win :)
