Here's a biography for Sandro that I found: "During one of the many wars in Erathia, the overly ambitious inquisitor Noel was ordered to destroy all necromancers, and he almost succeeded in this endeavor, except for Sandro and his army. Sandro knew that his pursuer would soon catch up to him, and therefore he had to act as quickly as possible, as he intended to survive. A decisive battle followed, and ultimately, Sandro's army was defeated. He was left with only one option: to escape using the 'Astral Gate' spell, but Noel interfered with this teleportation, and Sandro found himself in an unknown land. He didn't yet know that this was Ashan, but at that moment, he simply vowed to himself that he would become the Undead King here."
