I've added the match reports to the 5th post; please check if I made any mistakes.
It seems there was a mistake with the first group... the results in the table are mixed up... specifically, the Phoenix team should have 0-1 against the Battle Unicorns and 1-1 against the Three Bogatyrs.
I suggest this as an option: for a 2-1 victory, award the winner 2.5 points and the loser 0.5 points to motivate them to play the remaining match if the score is already 2-0.
I think you should have suggested this to the organizer right away; it's a bit late now.

I have both games. I didn't duplicate the match reports for both teams. I'm recording the results of the first round for the team with the lower sequential number in the table (located higher), and I will record the return match for the opposite team.
If there is no match report in one team, check if it exists for the opponent.
Maybe, if it's not too late, the results of the first round could be recorded in red cells, and the results of the second round in blue... that would make it much clearer!
