HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

I'm playing version 2.98, and it's fine. After that, it just gets weird. I think the point is to create a mod that allows you to play with regular merchants without it. An expanded optional feature would provide noticeable advantages, but fixing the hydra bugs isn't the same as achieving balance.
