Oh my god, this thread has been resurrected!
And, hey, it's a pretty good song. I liked the music better in the first version (although maybe the second one really does need to be listened to on incredibly awesome speakers), and the vocal processing is better in the second. And why was the intro shortened so much in the second version? I like long intros (Pink Floyd, Shine on you crazy diamond, 7.5 minutes, yes).
And the rugs are pretty good. Why didn't I hear Aesthetic Perfection before? It's great.

By the way, does anyone want to sing the pathetic two lines in a clean voice in a cover of Empire of the Fallen?

I like to sing in a clean voice, but I probably won't be able to do it as well as she does. Although the notes are good there – I'm currently playing Still Loving You, and that's where the real challenge lies.
Regarding programs – there's a program called Sibelius for writing music. It's essentially an analog of Guitar Pro, but with a better sound bank (I liked it more than in GP6) and it's more focused on classical notation than on tabs. And it's a little inconvenient for me to work with, as I'm used to Guitar Pro. Although it probably won't be suitable for electronic music.
