I don't see the point in continuing to do what I'm doing within the framework of HD. I just need to change the name of the current project, and any complaints about it will lose their meaning.

When I started working on HD, I read: oh, what terrible bugs, they need to be fixed!! And I completely agreed with that. But now: don't touch it!! We've gotten used to them and love them so much!! These are features!!

Right now, there's a bug in the RMG where the starting hero is thrown into prison and his level is increased because of this, waiting to be fixed.
Shouldn't we leave this wonderful feature untouched either?

And the desire to create one's own "smart" quick battle without "bugs" threatens to isolate its supporters into a separate group, within which such a quick battle will only be played.

Here, a thorough analysis was conducted on DF2 regarding the quick battle bug in the Hive:

It can be noticed that ... the removal of the stack from the hex only occurs if ... the battle is displayed on the screen. At the same time, ... placing the stack on a new hex is always performed.
Thus, the dragonflies fly away from the hydras, but at the same time, the links to them remain with the hexes around the hydra, the hydra attacks through these links, and they, when analyzed, see that the hydra will retaliate strongly if it is attacked, and do not attack it themselves. That is, this is not a hydra bug, but any flying unit.
