I have a licensed copy and have been playing for about six months. Today, the game unexpectedly asked for a password. I have long forgotten my account and password, and I don't remember the email address I used to register. In the "password recovery" section, I entered one of my email addresses, and when I tried to log in, the game asked for the product key. I have two keys on the disc. When I enter the first one, it says that the activation code is already being used by another account. When I enter the second one, it says "account is blocked."
Question: is it possible to recover my account using the activation key?
