that's interesting, I've had it happen twice where I got 3 spells: at levels 5-6, 15-16, and at level 20+.

but even so, if you distribute them by level, you can approach getting new spells tactically, but otherwise, you can only rely on luck.)

and what's considered a very overpowered bonus? at level 20, +5, and most of them are likely from circles 1-3 (if not all).
