NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I played two games as Fahim, and it seems like the chance of learning a spell is 10%.

I'm not an expert in Heroes, but it seems to me that this is too low and not serious. In my opinion, every 4-5 spells should be learned.

The chance is 30%. Moreover, there is a check for duplicates. That is, if the same spell appears, it will be regenerated to another one at least 10 times (I want to reduce it to 5). So, the chance will be somewhere around 28-29% for learning a new spell, and it will gradually decrease. This is done so that excluding a spell from the array will give a very imbalanced increase in spells when a lot of spells have already been learned, so the influence of retraining will be overstated, which I would like to reduce.
