NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I played two games as Fahim, and it seems like the chance of casting a spell is only 10%. I'm not an expert in Heroes, but it seems to me that this is too low and not very impactful. In my opinion, every 4-5 spells should be successful.
