You can also upgrade your Commander (and probably should). Look for artifacts that boost initiative, attack, and speed. In the cursed slots, put Executioners and Cyclops; check the tavern for the rest. Everything looks good in terms of upgrades (except for the Furies – who are they? If you meant Dryads, then it's fine). You don't need to worry about machines; they won't make a difference at this point.
