HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

I don't understand why these additional facts weren't presented immediately, instead of providing a subjective emotional assessment of the bug's consequences, which won't really help fix it.

The question was phrased in such a way that you, as a programmer, would determine what additional information is needed to identify the cause of the bug, if you're interested. But in the end, it turned out to be easier to dismiss it with a condescending "go learn to read" and express irritation that there is no bug, i.e., to point out the user's inability to assess reality.
And trivial information like this:

Isn't it easy (if there is no crash log) to at least state:
1. Game version
2. HD version

would be helpful.
