I still believe that Railag was always Agrael before meeting Tieru.

No, I can't stop anyone from believing something. But how else can I explain this dialogue in the "Trial of Agrael" scenario from "Tribes of the East"?

Just a reminder: the events of this scenario take place before Agrael became Kha-Belekh's chief spy.

And also: how else can we explain (spoiler alert!) Railag's appearance in the epilogue of Heroes 6?
