That's an interesting idea. Let's make the Nomads a Tier 5 faction. And let's call them: Nomad/Nomad-Bogatyr/Tarkan. And they could ride horned horses. Let's also have an emissary of Kok-Tengri. And Karakorum – that's the original capital of the Mongols, so maybe we should change the name to KharaKhorum in the new world?
