I can say from my own experience that to win in War of the Throne, in most cases, it is enough to rush to level 121 with a Fortress hero, or to level 121-122 with a Castle hero. I don't play with the other factions.

Of course, if possible, you should rush out earlier, but somehow I really want to gather as much as possible from the starting resources...
