HD Launcher:
[+] Added tools for managing packs.

General:
[+] All creature/unit hiring windows open with the maximum number already set (i.e., as if the 'maximum' button has already been pressed). Switching between upgraded/non-upgraded, creature/unit types in this window does not reset the number to 0, as in the original, but resets it to the possible maximum.
[+] All external dwellings (except level 1), refugee camp, and Factory do not ask the pointless question: "XXX excellent warriors, do you want to hire them?", but immediately show the hiring window (with the maximum number already set, as described above). If there are no creatures in an external dwelling of level 1, the game will immediately say so, without asking if you want to hire them.

[+] in the town window, you can buy all available creatures by clicking on the castle icon, as in WT (visually works like a button)
- - - - with [CTRL] held down, the game will not ask for confirmation
- - - - with [ALT] held down, only non-upgraded creatures are hired, and the game will not ask for confirmation
[+] in the town window, clicking on the growth icon (visually works like a button) will open the creature hiring dialog.
- - - - with [CTRL] held down, the maximum is purchased, without the hiring window appearing.
- - - - with [ALT] held down, the maximum number of non-upgraded creatures is purchased, without the hiring window appearing.

TournamentExtensions:
[+] Capturing a mine does not open a window with a message.
[+] Visiting mills, a mystical garden, or a barn, if the object has not been visited, works the same as collecting a resource (without a message, but with information in the lower right corner of the adventure window), otherwise - a standard message.
