One for all, and all for one!

A question has arisen regarding the games.
How do you play?
Do you need to coordinate with a team, or can you play against any opponent from your bracket?
And then the results will be counted.
P.S. I read the previous posts, so I'm just playing with whoever I find.
But the interest in team play will start to fade.((((((((
