Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

I'll try to summarize all the suggestions made.
1. The pure gameplay rating will be calculated using the system proposed by the respected IronAxe, without considering aging, but with a minimum quota of tournaments per year (I suggest 6 tournaments - one every two months). Players who have played fewer tournaments can have their rating aged.
2. The "grails" that can be spent on a doll will be calculated using the system proposed by the respected AmberSoler, according to the third option (oscillator). There should be an incentive in the form of grails!
3. In the "Van Kanighem" tournament (and similar ones), the results should be calculated using a cup system - a small cup for each version + the winner of the overall standings (among those who have played at least 3/5 stages).
