I recommend that those who doubt Spira's mafia-like behavior read his posts about the game – when and what he wrote, and for what purpose! But when a player who knew he was lying (that is, me) attacked him, claiming that he was 100% mafia and couldn't possibly be an old-timer, he started turning the players against me, especially Jack, who, for some reason, blindly believed his lies. And all he could come up with was to bring up the fact that his grandmother lived next to Payne, forgetting that by asking such a question, he was hinting to any player about what he was asking and, at the same time, asking for a violation of the rules...

That's why Man killed Arandor... because he understood who the mafia was... unlike you... and he hopes for a victory in which he simply needs the mafia's help. Because Arandor would have voted against Spira.
