Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to publish preliminary, pre-preliminary, etc. lists. Today, the votes will be counted. If I can get online with my laptop, I will post the voting results on the forum. If not, I will simply list the 16 captains, and then I will be able to post the voting results for each of them, with only 15 participants. Everyone who participates will vote, including foreigners. I have communicated with them enough to be sure of their desire to participate.
