In my opinion, 4 people on a team is much more viable, IMHO! And 3 people are far from being a team...
P.S. There are people who don't even know the word TEAM, and no matter how hard you try, they won't cooperate...
(Knowing your future question - I'll answer) They come and sign up for a TOURNAMENT (because it's different from other games), and somehow they figure it out...
