This guy was incredibly unlucky with the matchups twice in the beginner bracket. And he wants to play in the 3rd bracket, especially since it's such an interesting tournament.
+New acquaintances wouldn't hurt him; he plays pretty well "for a beginner" (I personally know him; we've played together). The season is interesting, but I think he'd be very interested in playing in the tournament + you can ask him; he really wants to play!).
+We need the 51st participant, right? + Everyone voted for 16 people, but I think we can choose 17 captains (the vote was from 49 people))).
