This guy was incredibly unlucky with the matchups twice in the beginner bracket. And he wants to play in the 3rd place match, especially since it's such an interesting tournament.
+He could also benefit from meeting new people; he plays pretty well "for a beginner" (I personally know him, we've played together). The season is interesting, but I think he would really enjoy playing in the tournament. + You can ask him; he really wants to play!
