Dynasties

Could you please tell me if it’s possible to select more than one dynasty trait at the beginning of a campaign scenario, and if so, how? There seem to be 5 slots, but 4 are locked. I saw a post saying that the 4th and 5th slots are locked, but in my case, only the first one is available. I have a silver rank, level 27, and I’m using version 1.5.2 of the game.
